Click Labs: Mobility Solutions for Improving Workforce Mobility and Increasing Efficiency

25 Most Promising Enterprise Mobility Solution Providers

With the advent of technology in the current industry civilization, more and more operations are being carried out digitally. Employees have found convenience in executing their jobs through smartphones and Tablets, which have made the need for Enterprise Mobility Solutions increasingly significant along with the proliferation of the trend. Enterprise Mobility solutions (EMS) constitutes a set of people, processes and technology focused on managing mobile devices, wireless networks, and other mobile computing services in a business context. As more workers have access to smartphone and tablet computing devices it, enterprise mobility solutions are deployed for managing these crucial operations and also ensuring the safety and security of the devices and data

The primary goal of EMS is to determine if and how available mobile IT should be integrated with work processes and objectives, and how to support workers when they are using these devices in the workplace. Mobile devices are highly vulnerable to theft or getting misplaced. Enterprise mobility’s set of systems prevent unauthorized access to enterprise applications and/or corporate data on mobile devices. These measures can vary over multiple solutions including Password Protection, encryption and Remote Wipe Technology, which allows an administrator to delete all data from a misplaced device. In addition to systems these solutions can also extend to customization of security policies which can be centrally managed and enforced. Device management systems in such scenarios are programmed to support and cooperate with the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) from various device makers to increase security compliance.
